Regency Mahogany Carver / Desk Chair ca 1830 This beautiful antique Regency mahogany carver / desk chair has a curved back with scrolled shaped back splat, scrolled arms and double sabre legs. The edges are moulded and the chair is upholstered in a burgundy stripe fabric with matching braid trim. The chair has a couple of minor old repairs, is a warm golden mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
